Terms of Service
Last Updated: July 26, 2026
These Terms are written for HomeCore AI and MailDesk as a private, local-first AI platform. They should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before commercial reliance.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, signing in, subscribing, accessing, or using HomeCore AI, MailDesk, related tools, websites, dashboards, agents, automations, device features, or hosted services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Authorized Use Only
You may use the Services only for lawful, authorized, and legitimate purposes. You are responsible for your account activity, the data you submit, the instructions you give the system, and any actions you approve.
3. No Fraudulent, Deceptive, or Illegal Activity
You shall not use, attempt to use, or assist anyone else in using the Services for fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or illegal activity. Prohibited activity includes, without limitation:
- fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, forged identity, fake listings, fake reviews, fake invoices, or deceptive business practices;
- unauthorized access to accounts, devices, systems, networks, email, files, browsers, payment systems, or third-party services;
- spam, harassment, threats, extortion, malware, credential theft, scraping where prohibited, or attempts to bypass security controls;
- misleading marketplace, resale, finance, billing, subscription, legal, medical, or business representations;
- using automations, AI agents, MailDesk, browser tools, device features, or game-related features to violate law, platform rules, or another person’s rights.
4. No Copying, Redistribution, or Cloning
You shall not copy, clone, reproduce, scrape, mirror, frame, redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, lease, commercially exploit, or create a competing service from the HomeCore AI website, source code, design, workflows, content, branding, user interface, documentation, agent definitions, prompts, databases, or service structure except where HomeCore AI gives you explicit written permission or applicable law gives you a non-waivable right.
5. Intellectual Property
The Services, including software, website content, user interface, design, names, marks, logos, workflows, documentation, and related materials, are owned by HomeCore AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you by access or use.
6. Your Content and Data
You retain ownership of files, messages, prompts, notes, research, email drafts, uploads, and other content you submit (“User Content”). You grant HomeCore AI the limited permission needed to store, process, transmit, display, secure, and operate that User Content for the Services you enable. You represent that you have the right to submit and process the User Content.
7. AI, Automations, and Approval-Gated Actions
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific purpose. You must review outputs before relying on them. Sensitive actions, including email sending, browsing/fetching sources, automations, payments, device sessions, and similar workflows, may require approval. You remain responsible for actions you approve.
8. Accounts, Security, and Verification
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly report unauthorized access. HomeCore AI may require email verification, password resets, session revocation, device pairing approval, subscription confirmation, or other security steps before granting access to features.
9. Subscriptions and Payments
Some connected tools may require a paid monthly subscription. Prices, included tools, billing periods, cancellation options, and renewal terms are shown at checkout or in the subscription page. AI chat may be offered separately from paid connected tools. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider.
10. Suspension and Termination
HomeCore AI may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe an account violated these Terms, created risk, attempted fraud, copied or redistributed protected materials, abused the Services, threatened security, caused legal exposure, or failed to pay required fees.
11. Third-Party Services
The Services may connect to third-party providers such as payment processors, email systems, AI providers, hosting providers, or search providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. HomeCore AI is not responsible for third-party systems outside its control.
12. Privacy
Use of the Services is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, processed, stored, protected, and shared.
13. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. HomeCore AI does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, specific results, legal compliance of your use case, marketplace profit, email deliverability, AI accuracy, or compatibility with every device, browser, or third-party service.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeCore AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business, unauthorized user conduct, or third-party service failures arising from or related to the Services.
15. Changes to These Terms
HomeCore AI may update these Terms. The updated version will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
