HomeCore AI is designed as a local-first and account-isolated platform. External providers are used only for features that are enabled, required for hosting, payment, email delivery, or selected AI processing.

1. Information Processed

Depending on what you enable, the Services may process account details, login/session records, AI chats, prompts, notes, files, research drafts, approved source results, MailDesk drafts and delivery records, device pairing records, support requests, audit logs, subscription status, browser/device metadata, and configuration preferences.

2. Local-First and Account-Scoped Storage

HomeCore AI is intended to keep user data account-scoped and private. Data stored in cloud infrastructure is used to operate the public web app, authentication, email verification, subscriptions, and connected tools. Data is not sold.

3. Email Verification and Account Messages

HomeCore AI may send verification links, password reset links, sign-in alerts, billing notices, and service messages to the email address on your account. Verification links are single-use and expire automatically.

4. AI Providers and Memory

When AI chat or external AI processing is enabled, prompts and necessary context may be sent to the selected AI provider. HomeCore AI may use approved account memory, including approved research memory, only when relevant to your request. Sensitive tool actions require verified application results and should not be claimed by the AI unless supplied by the system.

5. Research, Browser, and Source Access

Research workflows are approval-gated. The system can save research drafts, discover source candidates, fetch approved public URLs, archive results, and save approved summaries to memory. HomeCore AI should not browse or fetch source pages silently.

6. MailDesk and Email Data

MailDesk may store encrypted drafts, scheduled sends, delivery status, and audit records. Sensitive send actions require confirmation. Inbound email synchronization requires an approved provider connection before direct mailbox access is available.

7. Device, Bluetooth, and Wireless Display

Device features require explicit permission, pairing codes, browser prompts, or device approval. Phone companion access uses browser link/code pairing. Bluetooth discovery is optional and limited by browser permission rules. Wireless display and remote viewing are approval-gated and read-only unless additional permission is explicitly granted.

8. Payments

Subscription payments are handled through a third-party payment provider such as Stripe. HomeCore AI does not store full card numbers, card security codes, payment methods, payment intents, bank account details, card fingerprints, or billing details in the HomeCore database. HomeCore stores only the minimum billing references needed to manage access, such as subscription status, current period timing, cancellation status, and Stripe customer/subscription reference IDs tied to the signed-in account.

9. Security and Retention

HomeCore AI uses security controls such as password hashing, encrypted email outbox payloads, session cookies, account-scoped storage, audit logging, safe cache rules, and approval gates. Nonessential cache may be cleared without deleting source code or required account data.

10. Sharing

HomeCore AI may share information with service providers only as needed to operate hosting, authentication, email delivery, payment processing, AI processing, security, logging, or support. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to investigate abuse or fraud.

11. Your Choices

You may sign out, log out all devices, pause enabled features where available, disconnect accounts, archive stored items, request password reset, and use available settings to manage privacy and security. Some records may be retained where needed for security, audit, payment, legal, or abuse-prevention purposes.

12. Contact

For privacy, security, account, or deletion questions, contact HomeCore AI through the support tools available in the Services.
